“David has a soothing style that interjects thought-provoking ideas, concepts, and entertaining stories on broader topics that intertwine with life and investing.” – Max Wexler
Portfolio Reviews Are Complex, Intimidating, and Easy to Put Off.
Let’s Fix That.
You already know you need to review or rebalance your portfolio from time to time.
What stops you likely isn’t a lack of information.
It’s uncertainty in the face of complexity: too many accounts, conflicting holdings, uncertainty regarding taxes, which assets in which account type.
Second-guessing so many choices can lower confidence that the final portfolio is right for your goals, risk tolerance, and stage of life.

Money for the Rest of Us

FAQ ▼
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Because Live Cohorts take place in real time and participant seats are limited, seats vacated after a cohort begins generally cannot be filled by new participants. Accordingly, participants understand and agree that no refunds will be given once the cohort start date has passed. Any exception to this policy shall be made solely at the discretion of Money for the Rest of Us.
Q. What happens if I can’t attend a session?
A. All of our live sessions will be recorded and available to cohort participants for later viewing. You can also ask follow up questions on our online community platform, Circle.
Q. Do I need to share sensitive personal information in this cohort?
A. No. Live Cohorts can be completed without disclosing sensitive personal financial information. We strongly discourage participants from sharing, posting, requesting, or pressuring others to reveal sensitive personal financial information.
Q. I’m not within 5 to 10 years of retirement. Can I still register and attend?
A. Yes, though you may find the experience less attuned to your situation and needs. We intend to do future Live Cohorts focused on different groups of investors, such as retirees or mid-career working professionals.
Q. The price is too steep for me. Do you have scholarships?
A. Not for this specific cohort. We are sensitive to the fact that this price won’t be a fit for all of our community members. We are committed to the ideals of “the rest of us” and, in future cohorts, intend to provide scholarship opportunities.
Q. Are there discounts for current Plus Members and Asset Camp subscribers?
A. Yes. We appreciate members and subscribers of our other services. This Live Cohort also gives access to both Plus Membership and Asset Camp, so participants with one or both services will be given the discounts listed here.
Q. Will I be penalized in some way for not completing the tasks in the cohort or attending every session?
A. No. This is a volunteer cohort that offers you professional mentorship and structure for your portfolio review. Completion of tasks and attendance at sessions is completely up to you.
But we will have rewards for those that do attend/view every session and complete every task 😁
